Company Brief

PT. Gihon Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk was established in Jakarta on April 27th 2001, with its main line of business of Telecommunication Towers. The core team was experienced in Tower and Cellular Industry since 1996.

Our main services are including Engineering Services, Design, Construction, Installation and Network Integration, all are dedicated to Telecommunication Industry.

Today, we become an Investment Company by developing the Portfolio in Tower Leasing Industry, Utilities, Microcell, Fiber Optic and Active Network.

He currently serves as President Director of PT Gihon Nusantara Tujuh (2001 - now) and President Director of PT Gihon Media Creative (2005 - present).

Obtained his Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from Ten Nopember Institute of Technology Surabaya in Surabaya, Master of Marketing Management degree from the Institute of Entrepreneurship Development of Indonesia in 2000 and Master degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Indonesia in 2005

Indonesian Citizen, 45 years old. Appointed as Director of the Company since 2019.

He held served as Director of PT Mitra Investindo Tbk since 2014 until 2017. He has experiences for more than 20 years in Finance, Accounting and Taxation. He started his career as an auditor in Hans, Tuanakotta & Mustofa Registered Public Accountant (Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu).

Obtained a Bachelor Degree in Economics Majoring in Accountancy from University of Persada Indonesia “YAI” and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from School of Business and Management from the Bandung Institute of Technology (SBM ITB).

Obtained a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the Sepuluh November Institute of Technology in 2000

He currently serves as Director of PT Momenta Agrikultura (2015 - now) and Internal Audit Head of PT Merdeka Cooper Gold Tbk (2015 - present).

Obtained his Bachelor degree in Accounting from Gadjahmada University in 1988, earned his MBA from University of the City of the Manilla in 1993 and Master of Executive Management from Prasetia Mulya Economics School in 2012.

Indonesian citizen, 46 years old. Appointed as Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2018.

He is currently also a partner in KAP Aria Kanaka & Partners (2014 - present) and lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Indonesia (1997 - present).

Obtained his Bachelor of Economics from the University of Indonesia in 1997 and his Master of Accounting from the University of Indonesia in 2010.
