Customer Satisfaction
As a part of total service to the customer, we also provide maintenance service and operation and maintenance for our clients to free them from any disturbance that may happen to their sites & network.
The activities consists of preventive and corrective maintenance, where the maintenance is carried out routine in accordance to the quality standard of the installed equipments i.e. AC, grounding, electrical, etc. in order to maintain the continuity and the stability of the service or function of the tower infrastructure.
The preventive maintenance includes for instances site clearance, painting, replacement of indoor lamp and tower lamp, refrigeration check up, compressor, fan, and condenser, etc.
Our Helpdesk is ready to assist our clients in regards to any disturbance on the site on just to provide information.
